Why am I having issues accessing 5Nine Cloud Security functions from the tenant portal but not from the admin portal?  

Issue

I have 5nine Cloud Security with Windows Azure Pack Extension (WAP). I can access Cloud Security functions from the WAP admin portal but I am not able to access the same functions in the tenant portal. How do I fix this issue?

 

Resolution

  1. Open the WAP Admin portal, go to the 5nine Cloud Security section from tenants > (choose your tenant) > users, and please look for the Internal Password value
  2. Copy the whole password string from the field and paste it into the Cloud Security Management Console from Settings > Users Management, for the required tenant user, then save it by clicking OK
